Magical Moments Giveaway 04/12/2025 – 16/12/2025

  1. Our Magical Moments Giveaway (the "Competition") is open to everyone ("You") and is administered by Kite Kids Ltd (“We” or “Our”).

  2. The Competition opens at 12.00 BST on 04 December 2025 (“Opening Date”) and closes at 12:00 BST on 16 December 2025 (“Closing Date”).

  3. No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter this Competition.

  4. To enter the Competition, an entrant must tag @kiteclothing on an Instagram post, reel or story of their family participating in one of Kite's 12 Magical Moments, and follow @kiteclothing, @threadbear.design, @littletigerbooks, @echo_candles, @greenpeopleuk, @cherrytreepreserves and @upcirclebeauty on Instagram. Every activity tagged is another entry into the giveaway.

  5. No entries submitted before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date will be eligible.

  6. We take no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt. Please be aware that sending personal data by email may not be secure as email messages can be intercepted.

  7. The winner will be selected at random out of all qualifying entries.

  8. There will be one winner who will receive: 1 x wooden dolls house - worth £200, 1 x Kite voucher - worth £75, 4 x christmas books - worth £35, christmas scented candle and diffuser - worth £52, wellbeing gifts for grownups - worth £105, 1 x afternoon tea kit - worth £42.50 and 1 x skin care set - worth £35 .

  9. We will contact the winner via Instagram with further details of how to claim their Prize after the close of the Competition.

  10. If the winners are unable to be contacted after reasonable attempts have been made, we reserve the right to offer the Prize to another entrant.

  11. The Prize may be altered or varied at Our sole discretion and substituted with a Prize which, in Our sole opinion, is a suitable alternative.

  12. We will not be liable for any claims or complaints of any nature in respect to the Prize.

  13. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Competition and these T&Cs in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of our reasonable control or if in our absolute discretion we consider it necessary.

  14. We will only ever use personal details for the purposes of administering the Promotion and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will only keep your personal details for as long as is necessary to fulfil these purposes. We will not pass on your personal information to any third party without your prior permission.

  15. Employees and family members of Kite Kids Ltd are not permitted to enter.

  16. UK entrants only due to postage restrictions of large prize.
