Once approved, the refund should then appear on your bank or credit card statement within 5-10 working days. This will include a deduction of £2.50 per parcel received.

For international returns you will need to pay for postage. To return your items you need to:

1. Re-pack the items that you want to return (we suggest using the bag we sent the items in). Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with labels intact.
2. Add the returns information to your delivery note indicating the number of items returned and the reason code, and then enclose with the parcel.
3. Return the package to us at the following address, make sure you get a proof of postage receipt as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing in the post.
